Pranams Swamiji Your talks keep enlighting my mind, that I feel to have entered another peaceful world altogether.!!!! Since many years I have been strictly following the practise of partaking food only after my bath & pooja on all Thursdays, ( I do pooja everday ) dedicating this to Lord Guruvayoorappan. ( a practise suggested by an astrologer ) wherever I am in the world. Did he have any specific reason to suggest that.?Is there any significance or is any day considered to be more auspicious than the other.? Your instructions on the meditation techniques will be immensely useful to everyone, and pave the way for better minds all around. Hari Om

Dear Prakash,
Thank you for your good remarks.
Actually all days and places are auspicious as every thing is in God!
But, for the convenience of practising certain rituals strictly and regularly, we choose certain days!
Adhering to it without fail requires that much SHRADDHA or mental involvement.
This makes mind single-focussed and that is the relevance for these practices!
