Don’t be worried. You are at an age where your mind is hijacked by hormones. Avoid the thought that it is wrong, but understand it is immature/limited/and just another passing phase of growth. As you said you need to channelize your energies to something better and purposeful. It is a matter of mental maturation. When you are a kid you are fascinated by toys, when you are a young adult, you get attracted to the opposite sex. But to understand male and female are just two complimentary parts of nature and together create a good family and good world, needs maturity. Try to see a girl beyond her body, as a friend, a sister, a companion. Your mother is also a female. But you know she deserves to be respected. Understand every other woman you see, also deserves respect. Have males and females as friends. Involve in sports and games to channel your physical energy positively. You will grow out of it naturally. Hari Om.
