respected swamiji, I would like to know for what doshas are parihara by mrithujaya homam and kshera dhara suggested?

Dear Jaypasad,
When your mind constantly dwells on the God who resides in you as Chaithanyam that is what is called Mruthyumjaya Homam.
That means you are conquering death by sacrificing your mind by constant remembrance of the Lord – which is called Dhara!
