Pranamam swamiji, I am a btech student graduated in 2017 in computer science engineering. I am searching for job. But mostly all the firms require work experience people with atleast 2,3 or even 5 years..how can i get work experience when i didnt even get a job.

You are a fresh graduate and just started your job search. Only apply for entry level positions now. If you know a senior or a friend in a firm, tell them your situation and your willingness to work for a lower salary until you get the required experience. Once you get into a job, it is how well you perform that decides how soon you advance. Be patient and keep trying. In the meantime, gain additional qualities and qualifications that will make you a more desirable candidate. Hari Om.
