Hari Aum Dear Swamiji, I am 33 years old, I was married in the year 2014 and after six months of my marriage the girl’s side put false allegation stating i am impotent and the court had asked me to perform the test it was a mental torture and finally once the test was done the result was positive and they lost the case. Eventually we got a mutual divorce. The case has been going on for three long years. During the entire process i got to know that i have a very weak mind, in order to gain strength to face these tough situations i was seeking the help of my friends but i wanted to be mentally strong to face any adversity in life. Can you please guide me how i can uplift my mind and develop a balanced mind?

A balanced mind and ability to smile in the face of an adversity, is not as easy as we speak of it. However, it can be achieved with regular effort. First of all, let me tell you, you did the right thing by resorting to your friends at a difficult time. A lot of people become depressed or commit suicide because they don’t have someone to confidently discuss their issues with. Now, in the face of any problem a lot of people brood over the problem and the trauma it causes and eventually identify with the problem itself thinking I am weak, sad, frustrated, helpless etc. Instead, every problem inherently has a solution in it, which we need to identify. You are not often able to see the solution because you are emotionally too attached to the problem causing entity. This will cause you to remain in the vicious pool of the problem. The only thing you need to do is to drop the emotional binding to whatever creates your hell. Then, a whole new world will open before you and you will know there is a lot you can do to make the world a heaven for yourself and the people around you. As you shift your focus to that, your self worth and value will increase. You will drop the mental slavery to the problem and shift to the solution. Hari Om.
