Pranam Swamiji, No words to express thanks for the struggle you are taking to uplift others. Before starting meditation in order to control Indriyas and escape from outside world I (ego) started walking (in the garden) in reverse direction. When I am an expert in reverse walking and for escape from outside world I started reverse running. Unfortunately I hit on a hose pipe and fall down and fractured my hand and not even able to attend your satsang in Pune. But I learned a lesson from this Swamiji, that in order to control your Indriyas doesn’t mean that you have to tie your eyes with a patti , or putting ear plug on your ears. We have to experience outside world not with our mind but with budhi or bodam. So it is our Body, Indriyas, Mind, Budhi, Bodam or Paramatma and we have bypass our Mind. In parthasarathi picture Krishna (the Bodham/Paramatma) is controlling 5horses (Indriyas) and not Arjuna(the mind). Am I right swamiji?

First of all congratulations on taking an unfortunate fall with a great attitude and as a learning experience. You are right, we need to be fully involved in the world without the experiences it offers, touching us. This is possible when you move from the emotional level to the level of intelligence or from vikaram to vivekam or from Mind to Buddhi. Let this knowledge be your everyday experience and may you be like a lotus that even when standing in water does not get wet by it. Similarly, even when we stand immersed in the world, we should be untouched by it. Hari Om.
