Swamijee As sri ramakrishna devan said, Amma yenthri, njan yeantram. And accept everything as her prasadam. What all happens in life good or bad can be considered as her prasadam, hence we are not taking ownership of it right? If so, then what is the previous karma? Our good and bad deeds are the result of our past karma then how can it be right, if we say its god’s prasadam . We are kind of blaming god if we say so I guess. Secondly if we dedicate our life to gods feet to its fullest, will there be a decrease in the impact of bad past karma deeds on us?

Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa is an embodiment of pure devotion and total surrender. That is possible only if you are like a child in the care of a mother. It is difficult for many educated people today because their questioning mind also questions total surrender. Now about past karmas, it is your vasanas which decide what kind of a life you take in each birth and hence the reason for the experiences that you go through. This can be manipulated to a great extend with understanding, courage to change the things to can, and strength to accept the things that you cannot change. Surrender does not mean giving up on your efforts or having the right attitude. It means trying you best and taking the results with a positive attitude. Then life will always be a breeze. Hari Om.
