You are what you repeatedly think. The only way to become pure is to repeatedly encourage positive thoughts. Logical thinking means focussing on that which is necessary and useful. To do that you should have clear goals and purposes in life. If something does not add to your purpose drop it and move on. People suffer because they waste their resources, time, skills, money and thoughts on useless things, often living someone else’s purpose or driven by others. If you know the purpose for everything you do, your mind has a goal and will never be blank. Hari Om.
