My blessings and congratulations for wanting to do something proactively in the society. There are many things you can do. The first thing is to talk to a few women in your village and form a Mathrusamithi. Also go and meet some prominent individuals and respectable members of the community and seek their help. Collect mass signatures and through the Devasom Manager of the temple, submit a proposal for the renovation of the temple to the Devasom board with the support of the locals. As you add more people to work with you, form a temple renovation committee. Find out sponsors, business men, etc. who will support you financially. Every big work is done in small steps. Be bold to take the first step. You are truly blessed, that is why the thought of committing to such a task, came to your mind. Narasimha Swami will help you. My prayers are with you.
