Respected swamiji For the last 3-4 years, I have been attending satsangs and have developed interest in listening to scriptures and their interpretations and also talks from different acharyas. I am now 44. However, I fail to apply what I have heard and understood when I face problems. I have been taking medicines for mood disorder (known as manic depressive psychosis in medical language.) since 10 years. Ofen I get irritated suddenly for simple things with my aged parents and wife. We live together. We have no children. I repent later and become anxious. I wish to participate in your proposed spiritual camp. I am unable to resist my temptation to indulge in smoking although it is not heavy. I have tried to practise yoga since 2007 and now also continuing. However, it is not consistent and unable to do the asanas properly. I also attended Medication training camps twice. Still —- Kindly give me your valuable advice

Dear Narayanan,
You have already come to the right path; So, you need not feel bad about the present lack of clarity.
When you keep learning so many things without applying any thing in life, it becomes an intellectual property.
What we need is real, practical spirituality that rejuvenates us each and every moment. Only that will unite our mind with the Lord.
Constant remembrance of God by chanting His name (you may choose ‘Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare, Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare’ ) will divert your mind to positivity.
Your intense desire will definitely help you in evolving into a very positive and gentle person.
You are most welcome to attend the camp.
Hari Om!
