Buddhism is a derivative of Hinduism with focus on certain aspects of Hinduism like Yoga, Meditation etc. While Hinduism focuses on the presence of all an pervading Atman, Buddhism focuses on feelings, perceptions and other tangibles that we can modify. This principle is called Anatta. While Hindus aim to attain Moksha from the cycle of death and birth, Buddhism teaches you to calm your desires to attain Nirvana while living here.The concepts of Karma/ Dharma etc. are same in both. Hinduism considers Buddha as another enlightened Soul who had risen to the level of an Avatar. Hari Om.
