Dear Vasudevan,
In the initial stages of Sadhana, it is quite natural.
Please understand that meditation is not concentration, but total and deepest relaxation!
A mind capable of concentration can go very deep into relaxation.
With constant practice, you can definitely achieve it.
(If you really find it difficult with the technique explained in this site, please try other meditations which does not require concentration on a Form or any thing).
You can even try group meditation preferably in a Satsang hall or temple. It will be very effective!
My blessings are always with you.
HariOm!
