HARI AUM Swami ji, I have recently started doing meditation every morning for twenty minutes when i mentally recite “Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare”. My thoughts keep wandering elsewhere. So how can i overcome this ?

It is quite natural for beginners in meditation to be unable to keep the mind in focus. Practice by concentrating on your breath. When you watch your breath you cannot think anything else. Later on focus on the mantra…..not just chanting but involving. As you do regularly, you will develop the ability to watch your thoughts. Then they will become fewer, and your mind will come to focus. Continue sadhana. Hari Om.
