Namaskaram Swamiji,The body comes from paancha bootham and it goes back to paancha bootham (from where it comes). There is nothing to be done for that specifically. Then why does mind does not go back to the source without any efforts?

The body is much more gross than the mind and always remains as the panchabhootas, though they combine to form its complex structure. But the mind, manifests from the infinite Intelligence under the influence of the trigunas. It then acquires several thoughts and impressions making its nature very different from its root source. So we need special understanding and efforts to return to the true nature which is SAT- CHIT- ANANDAM. Hari Om.
