Pranamam Swamiji, I listened to your prabhashan when you visited Bahrain. It inspired me a lot, and I wish to follow the advise you gave in your speech to control the mind. But, one thing i find very difficult to understand is that, do you think its not reasonable by anybody to expect atleast understanding from the near ones, or should we accept their unreasonable behaviour always, Can you please guide me, I am living with this torchure for long time & I have changed a lot, become rude & very much diffirent from my real self , also I don’t know how to think properly. Please help me with your advise,

Congrdulation for your deep interest in spiritual knowledge.As you asked, many of us think like that . Think sincerely whether we have control over the behavior of the other person or not? Or have we control over our mind ?.Think then decide, where we have no control don’t waset time .Develop inner strength by spiritual sadhana and develop positive attitude so that life will become so easy and happy
