Dear Swamiji, i have not seen my grand father. i don’t even know the name of my grand father’s father. This means we are going to be remembered only for 3 generations. If we know this, we will not keep anger, hatred, selfishness, envious and revenge to any one. Pls advs your opinion.

The important thing to remember is as per the Hindu tradition, we all have lived many lives, had many relatives and will continue till we realize the root of our existence. The fact that our memory does not even connect back to three generations shows why we don’t need to be overtly emotional about it. But at the same time that does not absolve us from doing our duties and responsibilities in each life and growing to a higher plane of understanding. It is through the service to Bhagavan, seen in our family and friends, that we make our lives glorious. Always focus on touching other lives positively. People are only remembered for all the goodness they bring to others. Hari Om.
