Pranamam Swamiji, I am a private emp achieving my goals as per company norms with team members.But am disturbed by a lady who joined under me and she is very talkative and innocent,as a team leader am doing my job as well am very connected to her talks and it is disturbing me to speak with her sometimes unable to control.. You are the master of your mind. There is something about her innocence and the way she talks that attracts you. And you feel you are doing something wrong to your wife. This sense of “being wrong” comes because you know your mind is confused. Instead, think of her innocence as something you just enjoy as a colleague. There is nothing wrong in enjoying a good conversation with a colleague. That will not equate her to your wife. The wife is the wife and that relationship is much more than a casual work relationship. Once you have that clarity you can interact with anyone normally without feeling you are doing wrong.
