Pranamam swamiji when you experience lots of setbacks in your life..Does that mean life is pushing you beyond what’s expected of you by knocking you down? Like trying to bring out the best in you because i personally feel that why iam always getting targeted? This had happened to me once and i got out of it giving my best in it. This is the second time same thing is happening again. So Is life trying to tell me that im capable of achieving something bigger than i could ever think of, Because i really dont know what im capable of.

What happens when a river simply flows, versus it has to flow among rocks versus it has been stopped by a dam. In each situation the river attains a peculiar mode and emerges differently, but never stops flowing. Life is exactly like that. No matter you have a rock or dam to overcome, the power is in continuously flowing……giving it the best. Each time the obstacle happens, if you are determined to flow, you will emerge with a different level of power. Meditate every evening for 20″ to analyze what happened in your life that day.
