why do i always feel a lack of trust from my friends though i love them

Dear Mini,
Our external environment is a reflection of our internal environment.
If you look deep inside your mind, you will see that there is lack of trust about your own self!
It will reflect in others too!
So, whenever you speak to others, do a self check and ask your self “Are you telling the Truth and is it communicated in a convincing manner to the other?”
Develop the habit of giving commitment and not mere promises that you forget to make!
Practise this for one month and see the difference!
