Have been brought up and lived thus far ( now 60 yrs )with spiritual background.Have a daughter who is hearing impaired. Is it possible for me to take over her problem by prayer ?. I know that Prarabda karma has to be undergone by everyone.However we find instances where Lord had granted remedies like in the case of Sudhama etc.We know Melpathur had taken over the problem from his Guru and later got himself relieved by compiling Narayaneeyam. My doubt is when sincere prayer can or not supercede Karmic laws.Is thre any way where she can get cured of the problem? Will be grateful for Poojya Swamiji’s Advice

Dear Muralidharan,
Though she has a physical deformity, it is her constant remembrance about is that hasmade her a mentally weak person.
Now, with prayer she should develop mental strength and express more happiness and enthusiasm refusing the mind to become imperfect.
(Please remember the story of Helen Keller who inspite of her total helplessness from blindness, dumbness and deafness made an example for millions.)
If she is more cheerful and happy others will not look at her shortcomings and they will honour her more.
With this positive attitude and a prayerful mind, please take medical advices and see what can be done!
