“Karmanye Vathikarasthe, Ma Bhaleshu Kathachana”.

It is teh most relevant management principle in our day to day life.

First you have to understand what is Karma.

When you look at creation, every thing functions in a harmony (co-operative endeavour).

Take a look at your own life. For our existence, all our physical as well as mental functions must be co-ordinated in a proper way. Apart from that, nature has to give all environmental support like sun light, water, air, food etc. So, the actions in life is a result of collective suppport.

Whatever you do in service according to your role, you have freedom to think that you are also a part of that system.

If we all sincerely put effort and radiate happiness, joy and love, what a wonderful life it could be!

Otherwise, if we radiate negativity will not play our role properly, we develop a disturbed system that malfunctions.

We are responsible for that. That means, any action, inaction and wrong action develop a disturbed and imbalanced society.

Now, we have freedom in action and attitude. Even if we play our role well if the other components in the system do not perform properly that should not affect us.

Here Lord Krishna says “Do not get influenced by the result”.

He never said “Don’t expect the result”.

Even if some body co-operates don’t live a mechanical life.

Develop more and more knowledge and skill so that we can bring out all our potentials that gives happiness to ourselves and society.

Please communicate this greatest message from Krishna; it is the secret of happiness and success.
