Dear Swamiji, Why should i suffer with karmic burden of previous lifes which i am not at all aware of. Pls advs.

Though we attribute all our sufferings to “Karmic burden” karma is only a give and take in the continuous journey of life. When we have good karmas in our baggage our experiences are pleasurable too. Karma is in fact the stored impressions that our mind carries from birth to birth. So every life is a chance to improve our karma. You have no control over what your life was yesterday. But what you want to make of it for future is totally under your control. Focus on that and make it better. Hari Om.
