Dear Sajeev,
From Mooladharam to Sahasradharam you will have different experiences.
The lowest experience is when the body rejects excretions.
Second, still higher is the physical/sexual union. Here. intensity is higher but duration is very less.
Still higher is eating (stomach level), where you have the food more time and more enjoyment..
Higher level ,expression of love among friends and peers. As the relation is more intense (heart level), happiness is more.
Then sharing convinced and convincing knowledge gives more happiness.
Union of the Self (Sahasraram) gives ultimate and unlimited happiness.
There, you experience Lord Shiva!
