Dear Swamiji, I have been meditating for a long time now, then we develop a inward awarness, I can see my own mind creating all emotions, sometimes its very scary to see our own mind, we creat fearfull thoughts and then fear about those thoughts, this occurs during non meditative action time also..How can we act to these thoughts, how to distract or do we have to be with the thought, also think why im creating these thoughts and how to remove them permanently.

Your mind should be your friend not your enemy. Meditation is also a way to change the quality of your thoughts. All the thoughts that scare you should be replaced by thoughts that make you proud of who you are. In every situation think how you can respond with more poise and balance. Never do something that you think you may regret later. If you make a mistake, be kind to yourself, rectify the wrongs and move forward with the determination to improve. Be compassionate even to the people who hurt you. Stay away from things that you force you to give up your values. Slowly your mind will purify itself. Continue Japasadhana to remove your wrong vasanas. Love life and make it useful to others. Hari Om.
