Dear Deepak,
This was taught by Viswamitra to Rama while they were going to protect his yaaga.
According to Indian philosophy, bala represents materialistic prosperity.
Athibala represents mental strength.
Today we are all misguided that materialistic prosperity is the root of all strength.
But through experiences every one will learn that materialistic prosperity gives more mental imbalance because the mind always considers ourselves as weak and others are much better than us.
So, this mental comaprison will never allow us to accept teh abundance we already have!
Through spiritual practices, your mind will discover what you are always having in abundance.
