Our understanding about spirituality is always clouded by the stories we heard . Only when you study the Upanishads we get clarity on the spiritual experience. To experience God (Pranjga) one needs to get out of their habits and nature(vasanas). Once pranjga flows, a person can never be a victim of anger. But sometimes we do see “realized beings” angry. If at all that happens it is just to help another person grow spiritually. It is important to know they are “expressing anger consciously” than “becoming angry compulsively”. There is a big difference in that. Hari Om.
