pranam swamiji. from my childhood i have never worked hard for anything in life. good clothes, good food, good shelter, good school, good classes and etc etc was given by my parents. they have sacrificed so much and gave the best for me. even in studies i have never worked hard. last minute i will study and i will score decent marks. if luck and mood is there i will get 85%, or i will get 60 %. now i am 21 years old, needless to say havent changed. not serious about life. i want to change, score good marks in exam, earn money and give less tension to my parents. because i am confused , i am not only causing trouble to myself but also to my parents. when i try to take steps to change myself, i am just not able to. inherently my vasans and laziness and ignorance is stopping me. not able to move ahead in life. all astrolegers say you need to push her for everything. she is that lazy. can you please tell me one tip to follow . please swamiji. thank you.

You have identified a problem within yourself which is the first step in getting better. Generally people tend to justify themselves because they don’t have the courage to face their own weaknesses. You have won the first step already. Now take 41 day Vrutham. Get up at 5 am after bath go to any near by temple, take 11 times pradakshinams, then chant OM Narayanaya 108 times. Look at people around you and see how you can make even a small positive transformation in their lives. Eventually you feel proud about your own self transformation and will start to get respect. When you are respectable you will be responsible too. Hari Om.
