Dear Chaithanyaji Who is Kalkki ? God have any religion? if no why ?

Dear Sanjeev,
It is said that the Lord (the all pervading Self) will take one more Avathaar in the form of Kalkki to reestablish Dharma, when unrighteousness goes beyond control.
If God is the Self in every one (refer to Geetha 18th chapter – Ishwara Sarva Bhoothanam…..) how can that God have any religion?
