Dear Swamiji, i am dept head of a IT co: When i entrust work to juniors, they accept it with an unpleasant face and doing the work mechanically without any interest or dedication. They somehow complete the work and submit and keep idle looking their mobile and watsup. When we were working earlier, we used to ask our seniors if any pending work to complete. Now a days no such practice. Not all, but most of them have no dedication, sincerity or interest. When we complete a work, we get a job satisfaction which cannot be explained. It has more worth than salary. When get time, i used to advise them but in vain. Expect your valuable advice to present youth so that i can explain to them. Tks..

Inspiring and motivating colleagues are the attributes of a leader.Every mind is in search of happiness and every one like entertainment and friendship. If a mind gets into boredom that mind cannot enjoy work .It’s the responsibility of the leader to entertain the minds of employees by talking for a while about their interests and hearing their grievances. It brings in a lot of changes in the relationship of boss and the employees. When the staff feel that their leader is connected and concerned about their lives as an entertainer and listener of their problems the staff will work hard even if the assignment is monotonous . Eg, children are normally not interested in studies but when their parents affectionately teach them in an entertaining way they listen to the parents and do their studies in a better way. Instead of finding fault with the staff become a good listener and be humorous. Finally ,be with them and make yourself a good friend.
