Pranam Swamiji, i heard a lecture from a famous lecturer who has made more than 10000 lectures in youtube and wrote many books on spiritual and religious matters, says that Brahma, Vishnu , Maheswara, Ganapathy, saraswathy, durga, badra kali all are sangala srishti . They hv not lived here.and all represents some “thatwam”. i asked him my doubts thro’ email and wats app but no reply. Hence asking you – pls kind enough to reply. If most of our devatas or deities are imaginatory characters, why we built temples for them and worship and pray. We daily go to temples to see our beloved devatas and believe that they hv lived here and their presence is still there in temples and we get positive energy from temples and believe they will protect us. Now when we know that they are all imaginatory characters, we think, why shud we go there. Our entire imagination of god, deities, devatas washed away with his comments. Rqst you to clarify our doubts..

Hari Ohm. All the forms ,whether human or God are manifested from the formless conscious mind.. Even the modern science proves that all forms are manifestations of formless energy. So the ever existing truth is the formless energy ,that is the principle behind the form. We need the form for fixing our concentration and experiencing the formless truth, which we really are. We arrange your bedroom ,dining room etc . We sleep in the bedroom but what all arrangements we make there? These are for getting comfortable sleep. If you are not getting undisturbed sleep will you be appreciating these arrangements? In the same way temple and decorations are required for the mind to experience divinity within. Like we hold the glass and drink the water,focus on the form and experience the formless divinity within.
