Swamiji, how can a person clean his mind. that is; free from kama(attraction towards women, other things in the world), and krodha. how can i concentrate to god krishna. can we control our mind?.

Dear Krishnanunni,
You are the real manifestation of Krishna!
It is not the lust and anger that causes worry; but your mind that worries about it.
If you diver tthe attention of the mind towards your joyful expressions with the feeling that Lord Krishna is expressing through you, you can see thet change happening in you.
While doing meditation visualize the form of Krishna “Kesadipadam”; then finally surrender and melt like an ice cube at HIS Lotus Feet.
Feel that you are one with the smiling Krishna.
If some body irritates you mentally say that the Lord is testing your patience; keep smiling, be patient and be silent.
Krodha will disappear from you.
Whenever your mind is grabbed by lust the thoughts will lead to exhaustion of mental and physical energy. When the mind and body loses energy it becomes weak. You will gradually go down!
Ultimately your mind will dislike and hate your own actions.
So, when lust comes divert the attention to “Premam” and devotion.
Premam accepts every thing; Kamam chooses some one and finally it creates distance.
