Hari Ohm.Sivarathri is a celeberation for developing or expqanding ‘Siva Power’ ( The power of Consciousness) in us. The whole universe is connected to every individual.As you know high tide and neeptide happens due to the effect of Moon,exactly at the time of high tide our blood pressure also increase . This shows that other planets have effect on our body. However those who meditative mind ,absorb more energy from the nature than an ordinary person. Hence Sivarathri celebration has certain effects on our body and mind.Moreover like Siva ,the Lord who control the effect of poison everyone should develop mental power to control emotional poisons.So discover yourselves and overcome all the troubles and worries in your life.
