pranam swamiji.???????? l would like to know that if we are chanting mantra continuesely at home.,is it lose our energy as earth.because we are barefoot at home.no blanket or not we are sitting.we are walking and doing our work. Thank you swamiji for your valuable information.????????.

Hari Ohm. When you involve in manthra chanting your mind absorbs energy from earth to stimulate the brain. Earth can pull only your physical energy . However if you are not involving mind in your japam then you may loose not only physical energy but mind’s energy as well.
