Hari Ohm. Himsa means punishment.Thinking and entertaining all bad thoughts and confusions are also ‘himsa’. That is the biggest crime one does is with himself.Self alone can spoil own mind and on the other hand self alone can keep on chanting Lord’s name which make him ‘paramahamsa’ So move from ‘himsa’ to ‘paramahamsa’
