Hari Ohm. Since I have hectic schedules of my work ,I am sorry for not calling you personally. . Meaning of Hari is ‘harathi’ which means take away or remove. You may sit in a comfortable posture and close your eyes and try to forget (remove) this world by concentrating on Hari. Then remove all the thoughts coming in your mind , about worldly things including your body . Then ask one question, how could you remove these thoughts ,in whose energy you did it. Answer is very clear,it is because of consciousness (bhodham). Try to ignore the consciousness, you will understand that it is not possible. To forget consciousness you need consciousness. It proves that you can remove all the thoughts because of consciousness which one can not remove. And this consciousness is called Hari on whose support all other thoughts are negated.
