how to pray

Dear Lalitha,
Prayer is not an action but an offering to the Supreme Self.
Understand, you are existing because of that Supreme Self.
When you wake up, you – the EGO – start functioning only when your mind wakes up.
Your mind can instruct the body to wake up.
But who is that responsible for – waking up of you and your mind?
According to our Scriptures, that is the Supreme God.
In HIS grace, all your systems function.
Surrendering to HIM and expressing our heartfelt gratitude and finally being with HIM is the secret of spiritual, healthy life.
Prayer is submitting our Self to our own source of existence.
