Namaskarams,Even though when I pray to the supreme and surrender all the actions to the supreme, it truly seems only superficial to me. I really donot understand what I am doing. Is it I am surrendering or trying to run away and try to protect myself being lazy and fearing to face things. If “I” am really surrendering then I should do that with 100% faith – which I donot think I am sincerely doing. Why am I not able to 100% trust the supreme?

Hari Ohm. When we talk about surrender ,it needs intense passion and love about the inner hidden powers.Unfortunately most of us look into our own weakness and helplessness than developing determination. We tend to pamper our negative side than the possibilities of utilising the time for our sadhana. If you decide to get up by 5 am and start yoga, pranayamam, pranavopasana etc without compromising on your laziness and lethargy your energy level would change over a period of time. The pleasure you get from the practice will slowly penetrate to your entire cells and personality. You will be surprised to see you are no longer yielding to your weakness. Eventually you will be attracted to your own inner self and that will provide you balanced mind even in the most uncomfortable situations. This balanced mind is the most coveted state one can achieve through regular practice. Please practice for 15 days and let me know your improvement.
