Pranam Swamiji, My relative died and i am having pula. As per your advice i used to chant OHM taking deep inhale breath and exhale chanting Om Namasivaya for 24 times. This gives me immense pleasure and confidence. Can i chant these mantras during pula valayma period. Pls advs.

Hari Ohm. There is no such restrictions mentioned in any scriptures prohibiting us from reciting Lord’s name during ‘pula’ ,rather Lord Rama and Krishna explains that one should chant more nama during times of distress and adversities.
