Hari Ohm. There is no such restrictions in our scriptures that certain manthras shall not be recited by men or women. These things are propagated by certain very orthodox people who neither practice or let others practice.However ,unless the manthras or sthothras are recited with total involvement ,dedication and devotion,the desired changes will not happen
