The holy books cant lead anyone to moksha. But definitely the can direct our thoughts to search the ultimate truth and reach the goal. What I felt about you is that your thoughts are well refined by some great “Gurus” . All I want to know is that who were the people who explained you the holy books, told you how to practice it etc. etc ??? I might need their help at some point of my life. If you dont, mind will you please mention each one of them ??? Dear Sooraj,
Guru is not limited to any particular teacher or Acharya!
Guru is the process of learning!
Through each interaction, we should learn.
Then the wisdom will guide you – that is the real Guru!
In my life, i am still learning and whoever enlightens me about some thing, is my Guru.
For example, a lady was sharing an experience with me.
She was undergoing severe body pain.
She said, earlier she was trying to get rid of the pain.
After hearing Bhagavathamrutham and Dhanyam Mama Jeevanam discourses, instead of merely praying, she started engaging her mind in constant remembrance of the Lord and various creative activities. Now she can forget the pain!
I consider her as one of my Gurus.
