Hari Ohm. As far as I know about Vasthu, it deals with the position of your land ;the direction of air passage ;and availability of sunlight. If you consider these aspects there may not be any health issues, water logging or lack of sunlight.You may take suggestion from a person who is well versed on the subject so that you will never have doubts. Since you are not clear about your own construction,these doubts may create problems. So you should have clarity and confidence about your construction
