Hari Om Swamiji!!My sister-in-law lost her father yesterday in Bangalore.During this pandemic they are unable to immerse the ashes as part of the ritual.What is the best way during this time to give a closure.Please guide us.Hari Om!!

Hari Ohm.If possible you can keep the ashes and wait for a good time and immerse in waters of Rameswaram,Varanasi or Haridwar or any holy place of your choice and perform the last rites. If you don’t have the ashes you can to any holy place and do the rites with a prayerful mind for a blessed journey of the soul who departed.
