Hari Ohm . Hanuman Chalisa comes from Ramacharithamanasa of saint Thulasidas .People follow certain beliefs propagated certain persons,saints never insist the number of times or quantum of chanting. Wholeheartedly chanting once would be better than chanting 100 times mechanically.Look into the quality rather than quantity avoiding doubts and confusion
