Hari Ohm.Impressions are subtle energy which cannot be deleted through technological means. But if you start namasmaranam and meditation.When you practice intensively new spiritual culture start over writing the past which will eventually shade the old vasanas. Your spiritual culture will become prominent and brighter . Never get lost in the past but devote yourself to develop good vasanas.
