Hari Ohm. I hope by Dharsan you mean God realisation .First you should understand that all our vision and experiences are only through thoughts ( Mind), which means if you remove the thoughts like in deep sleep ,there is no vision or experience. However the experiencer (the Consciousness),the ‘I’ in you never disappear even when you change the vision. The viewer never disappear even when the views are changed. You need to make the mind looking inward to see the experiencer ,. then you can experience,Roopadharsanam, Namadharsanam and Athmadharsanam. You need to rise to that higher level slowly through saadhana
