Dear Dinesh,
It is very fascinating to discover some thing which is hidden.
Our sages say that the mind is the manifestation of the Lord, like sun and sun rays or ocean and its waves.
It is not the birth, which is creating problems; it is the mind because of its attachment with body, possessions, relationships etc that is creating problems.
If you are able to surrender to the Lord and consider the good and bad results as God’s Prasad, your mind is free from agonies.
Such a mind is free from birth and death ( birth of pain & death of happiness).
He then achieves samabudhi (balanced mind).
