Dear Sooraj,
Karmam means an action desired by our mind.
When you desire, the Time will force you to do that; the Time will bring the result according to the nature of your intention.
So it is a cycle; God has no role in that!
But, if you practise positive spiritual Sadhanas, you develop a divine mind which will be very powerful and if any bad events come, you will be able to boldly face it and learn some thing from the failures.
God is the strength in you .
