Hari Ohm. Dharma has four pillars,Sathya,Daya,dhanam,Shoucham. Understanding the real nature of our life, the compassion will lead to compassion and it will manifest as words and deeds ( daya ,dhanam). To such person all works will be acceptable. They will not hesitate to undertake a work even if the work is not to their expectation. Generally people work according to their liking. The spiritual people dislike nothing and do all works as a service to others and worship to God, they do not get attached to any work. Shoucham means ,the cleanliness of the mind .In a broader sense it is devoid of dirt as there is no specific likes and dislikes and see any work as a service to and worship to God
