Dear Jayaram,
It is considered to be a bad omen and people think that the day or the purpose they go for will not be successful.
Only fearful minds get disturbed; the strong mind considers these omens as warnings by nature to be more cautious about the dealings.
Even if they fail they never blame the omens but find out the real reason for failure.
