Hari Ohm. When we understand Krishna, Vishnu etc in its true sense we call life force by particular names. we misunderstand this as body, we give male name and female name to physical forms. When the life force leave we say the  the person is no more. Now, what is the form of the  person (life force0 who left ? When the person has left only body remains.The person named so and so has left  but his body only remained implies that these two are different. Krishna is is not a mere body nut the conscious life force. Since we can not comprehend we call the form of Krishna as Krishna . the real life force is conscious energy and is the same as Krishna ,Vishnu and everyone of us. So understand Krishna in that way ,then your confusion will be removed.
